IP License

MetaVixens NFT owners hold broad commercial and intellectual property (IP) rights to their specific main collection Vixens artwork, subject to the terms below. 

Each owner is granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display their purchased Vixens art for both personal and commercial purposes, including to license the image, create merchandise, or develop other media based on the specific Vixens they own. The creator, theinkedmink, retains the overall copyright rights in the underlying MetaVixens base character, the VixenVerse broader lore/stories, and the overall collection copyright. 

Theinkedmink also retains all trademark, service mark, and overarching collection branding and logo rights. You can monetize your specific Vixen’s likeness, but you cannot use the MetaVixens' official trademarks (such as the MetaVixens name, the "MetaVixens" text, or official logos), without express written permission from theinkedmink or unless otherwise allowed by law.

While broad, an owner’s copyright rights are limited in that they are tied directly to the token. If you sell your MetaVixen, the IP rights, licenses, and commercialization privileges immediately transfer to the new buyer and are no longer in effect for the seller.

Disclaimer: In case of Vixens referencing or inspired by other characters, the creator is not claiming ownership over that material, and does not transfer the underlying copyright, trademark, or other IP rights to the owner of a particular Vixen. The owner’s exercise of IP rights in a Vixen referencing or inspired by other characters is at the owner’s own risk, and the owner agrees, by holding a Metavixen and exercising these rights, that they understand these risks and are responsible for any such actions and will not hold theinkedmink responsible for any third-party claims that may arise.

Terms above apply to 1/1 MetaVixens owners. They do not not apply to MV Exclusives, Editions, or other non-1/1 pieces that exist or may be created in the future.
